Shipping and Returns

We offer shipping to multiple regions, subject to varying rates and delivery times.
Orders within Spain ALWAYS include shipping, and shipping time is 2 to 5 working days.
Orders outside Spain ALWAYS include shipping, and shipping time is 7 to 15 working days.
Customers will receive email updates on the status of their order: In Process, Confirmed, Shipped, In Delivery and Delivered.
Each order will be shipped within 24 working hours from the date of order confirmation.
You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
Returns will only be allowed in case of damage caused during shipment or a manufacturing defect or error in the order. For complaints, please contact us at info@oxygolf.com.
In the case of a refund, it will be made through the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
